The Mobile World Congress 2026 is scheduled to take place from March 2 to March 5, where major smartphone makers and technology firms will showcase their latest products and innovations. Ahead of the event, several Chinese brands, including Xiaomi, are preparing to unveil new devices for the global market.
Chinese tech brand Honor has confirmed that it will introduce its new foldable device and the experimental Robot Phone globally on March 1, a day before the event begins. Alongside these launches, the company will also present its first AI-powered humanoid robot, highlighting its vision of blending advanced robotics with next-generation mobile experiences.
The humanoid robot, to be showcased in Barcelona, appears to feature a visor-like module on its forehead, likely equipped with sensors or a camera to detect obstacles, understand surroundings, and perform context-aware actions. With a glass-covered face and fully functional limbs, the robot is designed to move, interact, and assist in real-world environments. Honor is expected to share more technical details about the innovation in the coming weeks.
