Google has officially launched Gemini 3 Pro, its next-gen AI model. While the rollout is in preview and will expand globally over the next few days, Google has begun integrating the model into its major products — the Gemini App and AI Mode in Search.
A key highlight is Generative Interfaces, which allow the AI to dynamically create immersive, visual, interactive layouts in real-time.
Josh Woodward, VP of Google Labs, announced new improvements:
Easier chat initiation
“My Stuff” folder to view images, videos, reports
Google Shopping Graph integration for smarter shopping
Google defines this as an interface that can automatically create:
Web pages
Games
Tools
Applications
in real-time according to any prompt.
If a user asks for trip plans:
A photo carousel with trip types
Sliders for selecting duration
Buttons for points of interest
The AI creates a curated plan seamlessly.
With agentic coding capabilities, Gemini can code and display custom interactive interfaces instantly.
Example:
“Explain the Van Gogh Gallery with life context”
→ Gemini generates an interactive window with scrollable elements.
Users will initially see only one experiment for comparison.
This experimental feature can:
Manage Calendar
Add reminders
Organize inbox (draft responses)
Make bookings and appointments online
Available to Google AI Ultra Web subscribers (USA).
AI Pro and Ultra users can access the newest model.
AI can handle more complex queries and extract contextually relevant answers from many sources.
Hard questions → Gemini 3 Pro
Simple questions → faster models
AI Mode can now build simulations, tools, and visual layouts dynamically.
Example:
When researching mortgage loans, Gemini 3 creates a custom interactive loan calculator within the search interface.
