AI Agent Attempts Room Booking on TTD Website..

An experiment involving an AI agent attempting to book accommodation on the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) website has attracted attention. A tech enthusiast reportedly used ‘ChatGPT-6 Astra’ for the experiment. Using the user’s login credentials, the AI agent accessed the TTD website and proceeded with the accommodation booking process almost until the final stage. The agent reportedly selected the required options on its own and continued through the booking process.

However, the AI agent reportedly stopped when it reached the payment stage. The tech enthusiast said the booking could not be completed because bank or payment details were not available. A video of the experiment, shared through the ‘Tech By Pawan’ Instagram account, has since gone viral. According to information attributed to a TTD IT official, accommodation booking is not possible without a valid darshan ticket.
