

Adobe announced new product integrations and features ahead of the Sundance Film Festival. Premiere Pro is now integrated with the Firefly platform, giving users access to multiple AI models from Adobe, Google, OpenAI, Runway and more, streamlining post-production workflows. After Effects and Premiere Pro are also receiving new tools for easier, more precise video creation, with After Effects focusing on 3D effects and animation.
The updates, rolling out this week with the 26.0 release, include improved Object Selection and Mask tools, redesigned Ellipse, Rectangle and Pen masks and Firefly Boards integration for seamless ideation and execution. Premiere Pro also adds Adobe Stock integration with over 52 million clips. After Effects features include upgraded 3D Parametric Meshes with new shadows, 1,300+ free Substance 3D materials, enhanced Text Animator with keyframe and expression support and SVG import as editable shape layers.
Deepa Subramaniam, Adobe VP, highlighted that 85% of Sundance entrants used Creative Cloud apps and Adobe continues to advance AI video tools for storytellers.
