Google has recently launched a new platform called Workspace Studio. Earlier, this service was available only to a few users under the name “Workspace Flows,” but now it has been opened to all paid enterprise users. With this platform, users can easily create AI agents that automatically handle small tasks or daily workflows across apps like Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Chat, and Meet. Without needing any coding, you can simply say something like, “When an email arrives, take the data, add it to Sheets, and then alert me on Chat,” and based on Gemini 3, it will automatically set up that task for you.
These AI agents work fully integrated with your Workspace account. This means they can access your emails, documents, and Sheets only as allowed by your organisation’s privacy rules. Google also states that user data will not be used to train any of its AI models.
Additionally, there are ready-made templates, making it easy even for first-time users. AI agents created in Workspace Studio can also connect to third-party tools such as Asana, Jira, Mailchimp, and Salesforce. This allows external data and actions to be brought into a single workflow. Overall, Google has designed this new platform so office tasks can be completed automatically in less time, without any manual input.
