Indian racing sensation Atiqa Mir has once again impressed on the international karting stage with a strong performance in the FIA European Championship. Competing in the 12–14 age category, the 11-year-old secured ninth place in the third round and followed it up with a 10th-place finish in the fourth round. Her consistent results against a highly competitive field have further highlighted her potential in international motorsport.
The FIA Karting European Championship is widely regarded as one of the toughest stages in karting and is often described as the “Formula One of karting”, with several of the sport’s top young drivers competing in it. Atiqa’s back-to-back top-10 finishes are particularly significant as she continues to compete against older and highly experienced rivals. The young racer said she was delighted with her performance, adding that her driving had improved considerably and that she was looking forward to taking on more challenges in the future.
