India booked a place in the Under-19 Asia Cup final with a commanding eight-wicket victory over Sri Lanka in the semifinal. Batting first, Sri Lanka managed to post a modest total of 138 for 8 in their allotted overs, as the Indian bowlers maintained tight control throughout the innings and prevented any major partnerships.
In reply, Team India chased down the target comfortably, reaching the total in just 18 overs while losing only two wickets. Vihan Malhotra played a composed knock, remaining unbeaten on 61, while Aaron Georgi supported him brilliantly with an unbeaten 58. With this emphatic win, India has set up a high-voltage final against Pakistan, scheduled to be played on December 21 at the Dubai venue.
