WTC Blow for Pakistan.. England Clinch a Dominant Victory Over Pakistan

Pakistan’s poor run in England continued as the hosts secured a massive 194-run victory in the second Test at Lord’s. Chasing a target of 389, Pakistan were bowled out for just 194 in 50.5 overs in their second innings. Saud Shakeel fought hard with a 97-run knock, but received little support from the rest of the batting lineup. Ollie Robinson claimed four wickets, while Josh Tongue took three and Jofra Archer picked up two.

The victory gave England an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match Test series, with the final match scheduled at Edgbaston from September 9. Pakistan remain at the bottom of the World Test Championship 2025-27 standings with a 16.67 percentage of points, while England moved up to sixth with 34.44%. Australia continue to lead the table, with India currently fifth on 51.52%.
