At the Hamburg Squash Open, Indian young player Veer Chotrani bowed out after a tough fight in the men’s singles quarterfinals. He lost to Baptiste Masotti of France with scores of 10-12, 11-9, 12-14, 11-9, 6-11. From the very first game, both players displayed intense competition and determination.
The match lasted 69 minutes, with Chotrani making a strong comeback at times, but his opponent responded equally well to seal the victory. Meanwhile, other Indian players including Abhay Singh, Ramit Tandon, and Joshna Chinappa had already exited the tournament earlier.
