Young cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi has officially become eligible to play international cricket after turning 15 on March 27, 2026, as per the rules of the International Cricket Council. With this milestone, he is now eligible for selection in the senior Indian team. Pakistan’s Hasan Raza holds the record for being one of the youngest Test players, and Vaibhav now appears to be following a similar path.
Currently playing in Indian Premier League 2026 for Rajasthan Royals, he is set to feature in the upcoming match against Chennai Super Kings on March 30. Given his impressive form and confidence, selectors may consider him for the 2027 ODI World Cup. Cricket experts believe Vaibhav has the potential to emerge as the next big star of Indian cricket.
