Vaibhav Suryavanshi Creates Rare Record

Rajasthan Royals youngster Vaibhav Suryavanshi added another remarkable achievement to his career by creating a rare world record. Although he managed only a low score against Mumbai Indians, the 15-year-old became the highest run-scorer in a T20 tournament or series among players of his age category.

Before the match, Vaibhav had scored 579 runs in the season. He added four more runs against Mumbai Indians to take his tally to 583 runs, surpassing Devdutt Padikkal’s previous record of 580 runs set during the 2019-20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Karnataka. With this feat, Vaibhav entered the record books with a historic milestone.
