Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has scripted history in the Duleep Trophy by becoming the youngest player to score a half-century in the tournament. At just 15 years and 157 days, the young batter reached the landmark in style, bringing up his fifty with a maximum. Vaibhav continued his aggressive approach after reaching the milestone but was eventually dismissed while attempting another six. He produced an explosive knock of 92 runs from 80 balls, smashing seven fours and seven sixes.
