Telangana Athletes Shine at National Youth Athletics Championships

Telangana athletes produced a strong showing at the National Youth Athletics Championships, winning medals in two events. In the Under-18 boys’ 400m race held on Wednesday, Ramu emerged victorious with an impressive timing of 47.21 seconds. Manas from Maharashtra finished second to claim silver, while Ebin from Kerala secured the bronze medal.

Telangana’s Somu also made his mark in the boys’ heptathlon, finishing third with 4,587 points and winning the bronze medal. Nagar of Madhya Pradesh secured the gold, while Swapnil of West Bengal took silver. The performances have added to Telangana’s medal tally at the national-level youth athletics event.
