Sachin Tendulkar Makes a Big Property Investment in Lonavala

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has reportedly expanded his property portfolio with a major land purchase in Lonavala. According to the details provided, Tendulkar purchased a total of 3.86 acres of land for around ₹70 crore. The transactions were completed on September 4, 2026, through three separate property deals.

The purchase also includes an existing 2,100-square-foot structure. Tendulkar reportedly secured full ownership of the largest plot and a 50% share in the other two smaller plots. More than ₹4 crore was reportedly paid as stamp duty for the transactions. Located between Mumbai and Pune, Lonavala is a popular weekend destination and is known for luxury farmhouses and second homes owned by affluent individuals and celebrities.
