Rinku Singh Available for Zimbabwe Match

Team India star batter and finisher Rinku Singh suddenly left the squad on Tuesday due to a family emergency. According to BCCI sources, he traveled to his hometown as his father is undergoing treatment for cancer and is currently on a ventilator.

This raised concern among fans ahead of India’s important Super 8 match against the Zimbabwe Cricket Team, scheduled on Thursday at Chennai’s Chidambaram Stadium. Addressing the situation, Team India batting coach Sitanshu Kotak provided a clear update.

Kotak confirmed that Rinku Singh will be available for the Zimbabwe match. He explained that Rinku left the team to be with his family during a difficult time and is expected to rejoin the Indian squad by Wednesday evening, bringing relief to fans.
