

After winning the toss in the second ODI against Australia, the Indian women’s team opted to bat first and posted a competitive total of 251 for 9 in the allotted 50 overs. The innings was anchored by impressive half-centuries from Pratika Rawal (52 off 81 balls, 6 fours) and captain Harmanpreet Kaur (54 off 70 balls, 2 fours and a six), helping India build a steady foundation.
Smriti Mandhana (31), Kashvee Gautam (25), and Richa Ghosh (22) contributed useful runs, while Kranti Goud (19), Amanjot Kaur (13), Jemimah Rodrigues (11), and Deepti Sharma (1) failed to convert their starts.
