Rashid Latif Slams PCB.. Strong Message for Babar Azam

Pakistan cricket is witnessing fresh turmoil following the team’s heavy defeat to England. The PCB’s decision to make changes to the coaching staff has drawn strong criticism from former players. Sarfaraz Ahmed and Umar Gul were recalled from England, while Misbah-ul-Haq’s resignation from his selector role added to the uncertainty. Former Pakistan cricketer Rashid Latif has now questioned the board’s handling of the situation.

Latif accused the PCB of trying to run the team through “remote control” and questioned why the coaching staff was repeatedly being changed. He suggested that Babar Azam could be the board’s next target. Latif also said Babar should have resigned as captain in solidarity with the players and coaches affected by the PCB’s decisions. Criticising Babar’s silence, he described him as a “dummy captain” and questioned his leadership amid the ongoing turmoil.
