

Jasprit Bumrah has retained his position as the world’s No.1 Test bowler in the latest ICC rankings announced on Wednesday. The Indian pace spearhead continues to dominate the charts with 879 rating points, maintaining a comfortable lead over his competitors. Australia’s Mitchell Starc secured the second position with 838 points, while New Zealand pacer Matt Henry followed closely in third place with 836 points. Bumrah’s remarkable consistency and match-winning performances have further strengthened his reputation as one of the finest fast bowlers in world cricket.
Among other Indian bowlers, Mohammed Siraj occupies the 12th spot with 707 points, while Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav are ranked 14th and 15th respectively. In the batting rankings, Yashasvi Jaiswal climbed to the eighth position, followed by Shubman Gill in ninth place and Rishabh Pant at 14th. The latest rankings highlight India’s strong presence in both batting and bowling departments in Test cricket.
