World No. 1 Jannik Sinner retained his Wimbledon men's singles title with an impressive four-set victory over second seed Alexander Zverev in Sunday's final. After losing a closely contested opening-set tie-break, Sinner bounced back brilliantly to win 6-7 (9), 7-6 (2), 6-3, 6-4 and lift his second consecutive Wimbledon trophy.
The triumph marked Sinner's fifth Grand Slam title, adding to his Australian Open victories in 2024 and 2025, the 2024 US Open title, and now back-to-back Wimbledon championships. In the women's doubles final, Kristina Mladenovic of France and China's Guo Hanyu defeated Gabriela Dabrowski and Luisa Stefani 6-3, 7-5 to capture the Wimbledon doubles crown.
