Ahead of the 2026 season of the Indian Premier League, the Lucknow Super Giants have officially unveiled their new logo. Replacing the earlier blue-themed design, the franchise has introduced a bold red-based emblem. The new logo features three key symbols - an eagle, a crown and an elephant - representing the pride of Lucknow city and the cultural strength of Uttar Pradesh.
The eagle in the logo reflects courage, aggression and the ambition to rise above challenges. The crown stands for honour and responsibility, reminding the team that they carry the hopes and trust of millions of fans every time they step onto the field. The elephant at the centre symbolises strength, patience, wisdom and unity, highlighting the unwavering support of the fans regardless of results.
Speaking about the change, RPSG Group Vice Chairman Shashwat Goenka said the logo holds strong emotional value for the franchise. He added that the people of Uttar Pradesh have supported the team from day one and this new logo is a tribute to that love. According to him, this is not just a design update but a promise to uphold the pride of Lucknow. For the 2026 season, the Lucknow Super Giants squad includes players like Rishabh Pant, Nicholas Pooran, Aiden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, Mohammed Shami, Wanindu Hasaranga, Josh Inglis and Arjun Tendulkar, among others.
