Rain interrupted the fifth T20I between India and the West Indies, forcing the match to be abandoned. After the contest was reduced to nine overs, India scored 118 for five in 7.4 overs. Ishan Kishan led the charge with 30 runs, while Shreyas Iyer contributed 22. Naman Dhir remained unbeaten on 24 as the Indian batters maintained an aggressive scoring rate in the shortened innings.
However, another spell of rain prevented the match from continuing, and the officials called it off. Players from both teams shook hands as the series concluded without a winner. India and the West Indies had won two matches each in the five-match T20I series, leaving the contest tied 2–2 after the final game was abandoned.
