India’s Strong Run at the Asian Games..

India continued its strong medal-winning run at the Asian Games, adding seven medals on the seventh day of competition. The men’s and women’s kabaddi teams clinched gold medals, further strengthening India’s medal tally. Sawan Barwal won a silver medal in the marathon, while Tajinderpal Singh Toor secured silver in the shot put, adding to India’s success in athletics.

India also claimed bronze medals in shooting, squash and the women’s 400m event. With seven medals added on the seventh day, India is currently placed 10th in the Asian Games medal standings. Indian athletes will look to add more medals as the competition progresses.
