India Women registered a convincing seven-wicket victory over Pakistan in the Women’s Asia Cup 2026. After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pakistan collapsed against India’s disciplined bowling attack, getting bowled out for just 55 runs in 18.1 overs. Shawaal Zulfiqar (14) and Muneeba Ali (13) were the only Pakistan batters to reach double figures, while four players were dismissed for single-digit scores and another four were out for ducks.

Chasing the modest target, India reached 57 for three in just 8.4 overs to seal a comfortable seven-wicket win. Harmanpreet Kaur top-scored with 18 off 18 balls, while Deepti Sharma remained unbeaten on 12 off 14 deliveries. Openers Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana failed to make an impact. Deepti Sharma claimed two wickets and Shafali took one, while Shree Charani was named Player of the Match for her impressive bowling figures of 3-7.
