India suffered a huge blow on its own soil. South Africa won the second Test by 408 runs and clean swept the series 2-0. Team India completely surrendered in batting. Except for Jadeja (54), no other batsman could hold his own.
On the last day, India was bowled out for just 140 runs in the second innings and suffered a huge defeat. South African bowlers dominated completely. Simon took 6 wickets, Keshav, Muthusamy, and Marco took one wicket each and demolished the Indian batting.
With this, South Africa won by 408 runs, creating history by defeating India on their own soil after 25 years. The weakness of India's batting was exposed once again.
