Hyderabad Bars Get Extended Timings for FIFA World Cup Weekend

Football fever has prompted the Telangana government to relax bar operating hours for the FIFA World Cup third-place playoff and final. As per the latest orders, bars and clubs located within the Cyberabad Commissionerate limits will be allowed to remain open until 4:30 AM on July 19 for the third-place match and until 3:00 AM on July 20 for the World Cup final.

The State Prohibition and Excise Commissioner issued the official notification to facilitate football fans who plan to watch the late-night matches. The temporary extension is expected to benefit sports enthusiasts and hospitality establishments during one of the biggest football events of the year.
