Big Update on 2027 World Cup Schedule

The schedule for the 2027 ODI World Cup is likely to be announced on October 1, according to reports. The International Cricket Council (ICC) and Cricket South Africa (CSA) are expected to unveil the schedule at an event in Cape Town. The announcement would come almost exactly one year before the tournament begins.

The 10 teams for the tournament are expected to be confirmed by the September 30 qualification cutoff. Once the qualification process concludes, the participating teams will be known, paving the way for the schedule announcement. South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia will jointly host the 2027 ODI World Cup.
