Another Record for Deepti Sharma

India all-rounder Deepti Sharma achieved a major milestone during the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 match against Thailand. The game marked her 150th T20 International appearance, making her only the third Indian woman to reach the landmark after Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana. Harmanpreet has 202 T20Is and Mandhana 171. Deepti has also become the 12th player in women’s international cricket to feature in 150 T20Is.

Thailand won the toss and elected to bowl in the Group A clash in Dubai. With Jemimah Rodrigues unavailable due to injury, Pratika Rawal was named in India’s playing XI and made her T20I debut. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur presented Rawal with her maiden T20I cap ahead of the match.
