The ninth season of Bigg Boss Telugu concluded on Sunday after an intense 105-day journey filled with drama and suspense. One of the major highlights of the grand finale was contestant Demon Pavan opting to exit the house with a cash deal worth ₹15 lakh.
The finale witnessed special appearances by actors Ravi Teja, Dimple Hayathi, and Ashika Ranganath, who promoted their upcoming film on the grand stage. As part of a special task, Ravi Teja entered the house carrying a silver briefcase and interacted with finalists Kalyan, Tanuja, and Demon Pavan.
The offer started at ₹5 lakh and was gradually increased to ₹15 lakh. Demon Pavan seized the opportunity and chose to take the money, thereby exiting the competition. With this development, host Nagarjuna announced that the final prize money for the season’s winner would be ₹35 lakh. Pavan’s joy was evident as he also secured third place based on audience votes.
Earlier in the finale, Sanjana Galrani was the first to be eliminated from the top five due to receiving the least votes. She was followed by Emmanuel, who exited next. Speaking after his eviction, Emmanuel said the show taught him valuable life lessons, emphasizing humanity, personal growth, and the importance of family values.
Sanjana, addressing the audience, expressed happiness over reaching the top five despite competing with younger contestants. She also shared her wish to see Tanuja emerge as the winner, noting that none of the previous nine seasons had crowned a female winner.
The grand finale also featured appearances by actors Roshan, Anaswara Rajan, Srikanth, Naveen Polishetty, and Meenakshi Chaudhary, adding glamour and excitement to the concluding episode.
