The Week 7 nomination process in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 turned intense, with contestants exchanging accusations and sharp remarks during the October 20 episode, the show's 44th episode. The disagreements involving Trigun and Rohith became a major talking point. While speaking to Vamsi, Trigun alleged that Rohith had wanted Vamsi to leave the house so that Shalini could continue in the competition. Rohith, meanwhile, described Shalini as his emotional support and said her departure was not something he considered positive. These conversations highlighted the growing tensions among the contestants as the competition progressed.
During the nominations, Aman Masood nominated Shiv, accusing him of following a game plan after entering the house as a wildcard contestant. Shiv countered the allegation, pointing out that viewers generally watch the one-hour episode before voting rather than following the contestants throughout the day. Shwetha then nominated Trigun, questioning his conduct in the game and referring to the controversy surrounding the captaincy contenders. In response, Trigun said he had entered the house to entertain viewers rather than build a specific image as a hero or a villain.
Varshini nominated Neetu and challenged her comments about following the house rules. She also accused Neetu of making allegations that contradicted her own actions and raised questions about the conflict between Rohith and Shalini. Sudheer nominated Ramakrishna, who responded with pointed remarks. Trigun subsequently nominated Sudheer, accusing him of breaking a promise made in the name of his family and questioning his honesty in the game. Sudheer rejected the criticism and hit back with his own counterarguments. The exchange between Ramakrishna and Jhansi also attracted attention, particularly when Jhansi criticised Trigun's conduct and questioned the reasons behind certain actions in the house.
Towards the end of the episode, Bigg Boss granted a special nomination power to captain Ram Prasad. He was asked to nominate one contestant from among Naresh, Debjani, Aman Masood and Mukesh, who had not been nominated during the regular process. Ram Prasad chose Aman Masood, bringing the total number of nominated contestants to 12. Dakshi, Varshini, Rohith, Sudheer, Trigun, Neetu, Ramakrishna (RK), Shiv, Jhansi, Shwetha, Vamsi and Aman Masood are now facing possible eviction. Naresh, Debjani, Mukesh and Ram Prasad escaped nominations this week. The audience vote will determine which contestants remain in the competition.
