The fifth week of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 concluded with the elimination of Apurva and Charan, while five new contestants—Shiv, Daksha, Neethu Master, Swetha Naidu and Ramakrishna—entered the house, changing the dynamics of the competition. Following his eviction, Charan Mahadev addressed the media and shared his experience inside the house. He said that housemates' voting had led to his elimination for the second time, even though audience votes had previously given him another opportunity to return. Describing his journey as a positive experience, Charan thanked viewers for supporting him from the audition stage and said he was grateful for the affection he had received. He also felt that a divide between commoners and celebrities was evident during voting, with contestants tending to support their respective groups.
Speaking about his elimination, Charan said the housemates had not given strong reasons for voting him out and that the decision was made through a secret ballot. He speculated that Shalini might have been retained because the contestants believed she was facing negative reactions outside the house, especially after wildcard contestants appeared to target her. Charan also said he had avoided unnecessary arguments and drama, choosing to remain true to himself. He praised Trigun for successfully attracting attention through his gameplay and identified Rohit and Trigun as potential contenders for the title, provided they worked on their weaknesses. He also commented on Mukesh Gowda's attitude and Debjani Modak's sweet personality, while reiterating his gratitude to fans for their continued support.
