Story:

Krishna (Suhas), a young man who loses his mother at an early age, grows up under the care of his father Rao Balwanth (Naresh) and grandmother. Idolizing his father, Krishna dreams of taking over his father’s business and making a name for himself. After completing his education, he pressures his father to hand over the business, and unexpected circumstances eventually place the responsibility in his hands. However, his life turns upside down when he discovers the shocking truth about what the business actually is.

The revelation not only creates chaos in his personal life but also threatens his relationship with his girlfriend Mithra (Shivani Nagaram). As complications arise involving a mysterious death, hidden secrets, and a series of comedic misunderstandings, Krishna struggles to protect his love while dealing with the consequences of his father’s unconventional profession. The film unfolds as a humorous yet emotional journey exploring a father-son bond and the realities behind appearances.

The biggest strength of Hey Balwanht lies in its unique and bold storyline, which offers a fresh narrative setup. Suhas delivers a natural and relatable performance, while Naresh stands out with excellent comic timing and emotional depth, making his character memorable. The situational comedy works effectively throughout the film, with strong support from Vennela Kishore, Sudarshan, and the supporting cast.
