Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made strong political remarks during his election campaign in Kerala. He said that voting for the Left Democratic Front (LDF) is equal to voting for the BJP. Campaigning as a star leader for the Congress party, he addressed several public meetings, including in the Nemom constituency, where he supported UDF candidate K.S. Sabarinathan. His speeches received a strong response from the public.
Revanth Reddy alleged that there is a hidden understanding between the BJP and LDF, despite appearing as rivals. He criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, saying that even though their ideologies seem different, their actions are similar. He also accused the state government of failing to respond to development issues like delays in national highway projects and lack of job opportunities, forcing many educated youth to go abroad for work.
He urged the people of Kerala to teach a lesson to both BJP and LDF by supporting the United Democratic Front (UDF). He said that only Congress can ensure justice for poor and middle-class people and provide better opportunities for youth. Revanth Reddy expressed confidence that Congress will achieve a strong victory and promised development with dignity for the state.
