Vishal has triggered a major discussion on social media with his latest comments on the ongoing political uncertainty in Tamil Nadu. Reacting to the post-election situation, Vishal said that if rival parties Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam unexpectedly join hands to form the government instead of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, it could lead to a serious political backlash in the state. He stated that such an alliance would not be acceptable to the people and warned that citizens may strongly oppose the move if it materialises.
Actress Khushbu Sundar also reacted to the developments, saying that when people deliver a clear mandate, the elected representatives chosen by them should govern the state. Meanwhile, political suspense continues in Tamil Nadu as no party has secured the magic figure of 118 seats required to form the government independently. TVK chief Vijay, whose party emerged as the single largest formation, is currently holding talks to gather support from other parties to stake claim to form the government.
