Vijayashanti Demands Immediate Implementation of High Court Orders on Fee Reimbursement

Congress MLC Vijayashanti has urged the government to implement the High Court's directions regarding pending fee reimbursement dues without delay. She emphasized that students should not face any hardship due to unpaid fee reimbursements and called on the government to ensure that financial assistance reaches beneficiaries on time. According to her, protecting students' educational interests must remain the government's foremost priority.

Vijayashanti also stated that colleges collecting tuition fees must strictly comply with prescribed academic and infrastructure standards. Referring to vigilance reports that identified inadequate facilities in several institutions, she demanded stringent action against colleges failing to meet minimum norms. She stressed that quality education and student welfare should go hand in hand with accountability in higher education.
