A recent survey by News18 and P-Valyu Analytics has projected a strong advantage for the BJP-led alliance ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections scheduled for 2027. According to the survey findings, 77.1% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s governance, while 66.6% were projected to support the BJP-led NDA alliance in the upcoming elections. The findings suggest that the ruling alliance could be positioned to retain its advantage as the state prepares for another electoral contest. However, these figures represent survey estimates and should not be interpreted as confirmed election results or a guarantee of the eventual outcome.
The survey also highlighted public perceptions of law and order in Uttar Pradesh. According to the reported findings, 74% of respondents gave the Yogi Adityanath government a favourable assessment on this issue. Law and order has been a prominent theme in discussions about the state government’s performance. The survey offers an indication of voter sentiment ahead of the polls, although the final electoral outcome will depend on the campaign, voter turnout and other factors. The sample size, survey methodology and fieldwork dates would be important in assessing how representative these findings are.
