Use of fake ghee in Tirumala Laddu is appalling ... Lanka Dinakar comments on CBI investigation

Lanka Dinakar made strong remarks over the alleged use of fake ghee in the preparation of Tirumala laddus, calling it an unpardonable act that hurts the spiritual sanctity of Lord Venkateswara’s temple. Speaking to the media, Dinakar said that CBI investigations have revealed shocking details about the case. He criticized the previous YSRCP-led TTD board for turning the temple into a “revenue hub” instead of preserving its spiritual purity.

According to the probe, Bole Baba Organic Dairy supplied 68 lakh kilograms of ghee to TTD between 2019 and 2024, yet the company had no record of producing milk or butter. Dinakar said the CBI has also identified companies that supplied chemicals used to make fake ghee. He stated that tampering with ingredients used in sacred offerings to the deity is an insult to the faith of millions of devotees and urged that strict action be taken against everyone involved in this violation.
