Union Minister Bandhi Sanjay, MP Aravind Served Legal Notices by KTR

Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR), Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and MLA from Sircilla, has issued separate legal notices to BJP MPs Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Dharmapuri Aravind for making baseless and defamatory remarks against him and his family. KTR considered these comments as an attempt to damage his political reputation and undermine public trust. He has demanded that both MPs immediately retract their false statements and issue an unconditional apology, failing which strict legal action will be initiated.

KTR’s legal team specifically highlighted Bandi Sanjay’s allegations regarding phone tapping and Dharmapuri Aravind’s claims related to drugs and narcotics distribution as completely false. The notices demand that these statements be withdrawn and a public apology be made. The MPs have been given five days to respond, failing which civil and criminal proceedings will be pursued as per law.
