The party led by actor-turned-politician Vijay, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), has delivered a stunning performance in Tamil Nadu, emerging as the top force with a massive 1.28 crore votes. The impressive mandate highlights the growing popularity of TVK across the state and signals a major shift in the political landscape.

The ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) alliance settled for second place with 1.17 crore votes, while the DMK on its own secured 83 lakh votes. Meanwhile, the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) alliance finished third with 1.08 crore votes, with the party individually polling 77 lakh votes.
