CM Chandrababu's tweet on NTR's death, Nara Lokesh's tribute

On the death anniversary of legendary leader and iconic actor N.T. Rama Rao (NTR), Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu paid heartfelt tributes, remembering his unparalleled contribution to Telugu society.

Calling NTR a visionary and champion of the poor, Chandrababu stated that he dedicated his life to upholding the self-respect and pride of Telugu people.

He recalled the revolutionary welfare initiatives introduced by NTR, including the ₹2 per kg rice scheme, which transformed the lives of millions and reshaped the political landscape of the state.

Chandrababu also highlighted how NTR’s mythological roles earned him divine reverence among people, a rare honor achieved by only one individual in Telugu history.

Though he is no longer with us physically, NTR continues to live on in the hearts of Telugu people, Chandrababu said, adding that his ideals remain a guiding force for generations.
