The birthday of KCR is a festival for all the people of the state, said former minister Harish Rao

At celebrations held at Telangana Bhavan, former minister Harish Rao said the birth anniversary of K. Chandrashekar Rao marks not just the birthday of a leader but the emergence of a movement. He stated that Telangana’s achievement of self-respect and identity was made possible because of KCR’s determined struggle against injustice and discrimination faced by the region.

Harish Rao emphasized that the formation of Telangana was built on sacrifices rather than political ambitions. He noted that KCR gave up significant positions and endured criticism and challenges while remaining steadfast in his mission to achieve statehood, adding that such determination and courage were key to realizing the long-standing aspiration of the people.
