

In Kolkata, BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari secured a decisive victory in the Bhabanipur Assembly constituency, defeating West Bengal Chief Minister and All India Trinamool Congress candidate Mamata Banerjee by a margin exceeding 15,000 votes. Displaying his winning certificate, Adhikari described the result as a crucial political milestone and expressed gratitude to voters for their support.
He credited a broad spectrum of voters for the victory and stated that the outcome reflects a significant shift in the constituency’s political landscape. Adhikari also acknowledged the support of various communities and voters across party lines, emphasizing unity in the mandate.
