Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, Deputy Chief Minister, has urged voters in Kerala to support candidates backed by the United Democratic Front in the upcoming assembly elections scheduled for April 9. He appealed to people to vote for change, better welfare, good governance and a secular administration. On Saturday, he participated in election campaigns and rallies in Pathanamthitta and other areas.
He criticized the Left Democratic Front, stating that it failed to fulfill the promises made before the previous elections. According to him, governance in the state has declined, unemployment has increased, and many young people are migrating abroad in search of better opportunities. He also mentioned that senior citizens are not receiving proper care and welfare support.
Bhatti expressed concern that Kerala, once known for secular values, education and social harmony, is now losing its identity. He alleged that instead of ideological governance, there is a rise in disorder. He emphasized that Congress supporters stand for peace, good governance and secular values and urged voters to support UDF candidates for a better future.
