Speaker Adjourns Danam Nagender Disqualification Petition to Next Month 18..

The Speaker held a hearing on the disqualification petition filed by BJP MLA Maheshwar Reddy against Danam Nagender. During the proceedings, Maheshwar Reddy’s lawyers appeared before the Speaker and presented evidence related to alleged party defection by Danam Nagender.

Maheshwar Reddy requested time until the 20th of next month to personally appear before the Speaker for cross-examination. Considering this request, the Speaker decided to adjourn the hearing and postponed further proceedings to the 18th of next month.
