Minister Seethakka ha s responded to the developments surrounding the dismissal of Konda Surekha while speaking to the media in Kollapur, Mahabubnagar. She said everyone in the Congress party must abide by the decisions of the party leadership and follow the party line. She stressed that any differences or concerns should be discussed internally with senior leaders rather than being raised publicly, as this would strengthen both the party and its credibility.
Seethakka said the Congress leadership is not weak and does not operate out of fear of individuals. She stated that the high command did not approve of direct criticism of the Chief Minister and therefore took a decision in the matter. Referring to past political developments, she asked K.T. Rama Rao to explain why his sister Kavitha was removed from the party and why former deputy chief minister Rajaiah was dismissed. Seethakka added that Konda Surekha continues to remain in the party and said everyone should exercise restraint and work together for the party’s development and better governance.
