RS Praveen Kumar Fires Over Bhagirath Bail

BRS State General Secretary Dr. RS Praveen Kumar strongly criticised the granting of bail to Bhagirath, an accused in a POCSO case. While stating that he respects the High Court's verdict, he alleged that the Telangana Government failed to handle the investigation effectively. He claimed that the government did not provide adequate support to the minor victim and questioned the absence of a Special Public Prosecutor and a Special Investigation Team (SIT) in the case.

Praveen Kumar also made political allegations against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Union Minister Bandi Sanjay, questioning the government's handling of the case. He asserted that the BRS would continue to support the victim's family and seek justice for the minor. He expressed these views through a post on the social media platform X.
