RJD spokesperson Priyanka Bharti has sparked a political controversy after sharing a post on X comparing the educational backgrounds of Indian leaders. In her post, she wrote, "I live in a country where a leader educated at Harvard is called 'Pappu', while a person who failed Class 4 is called 'Vishwaguru'". Though she did not mention anyone by name, many social media users interpreted the remarks as referring to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The post quickly went viral on social media, triggering strong reactions from both the BJP and opposition supporters. BJP supporters criticised the post as offensive, while opposition supporters defended it as political commentary. The remarks have once again ignited a debate over political leadership, educational qualifications, and public perception in Indian politics.
