

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to implement a comprehensive digital governance framework to ensure greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government administration. During a review meeting on issues related to contract and outsourcing employees, he directed officials to digitize employee records, salary details, bank account information, and welfare databases to facilitate timely salary payments and direct delivery of government benefits.
The Chief Minister expressed concern over agencies failing to pay ESI, PF, and salaries despite receiving government payments. He ordered strict action against defaulting agencies and called for the constitution of a high-level committee to submit a detailed report within 100 days. He also instructed officials to digitize government employee records for health cards and other benefits while establishing a dedicated monitoring system under the Finance Department.
