Former Telangana Minister and BRS Deputy Floor Leader Harish Rao strongly criticised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy over his recent remarks made during a public meeting in Nalgonda. Speaking at a booth-level agents' meeting in Siddipet, Harish Rao challenged the Chief Minister to dissolve the Assembly and seek a fresh mandate if he was confident about his government's performance. He also questioned the Congress government over issues related to governance, irrigation projects and Telangana's interests.
Harish Rao accused the Chief Minister of avoiding questions related to inter-state water issues and alleged that personal remarks were being used to divert public attention. Responding to comments about his height, Harish Rao said public service and development matter more than physical appearance. He further alleged that the BRS continues to dominate the political discourse in Telangana and criticised the Congress government's handling of key projects and administrative decisions.
