Report on Khairatabad Congress Ticket.. Danam Nagender’s Camp Complains Against ‘Satyagrahi’

A complaint has been filed against the ‘Satyagrahi’ YouTube channel over alleged reports concerning the Congress ticket for the Khairatabad by-election. The complaint was submitted to the Banjara Hills police by Srinivas, an aide to former MLA Danam Nagender. According to the complaint, the channel carried a report claiming that Nagender would not get the Congress ticket and that the party leadership was considering a new candidate for the bypoll.

The complainant alleged that the report could create confusion among voters and the public ahead of the Khairatabad by-election. The complaint sought legal action against the YouTube channel over the alleged reports. The Banjara Hills police have received the complaint and are examining the matter. The Khairatabad bypoll has gained political significance following Nagender’s disqualification as MLA.
