Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Raebareli visit, making several controversial remarks against Modi, Amit Shah and the RSS. Rahul alleged that the country’s economy was being pushed towards destruction and warned that India could face a massive economic crisis in the coming days. He also claimed that fuel prices would rise again soon, making essential commodities more expensive for common people.
Rahul Gandhi further accused the Modi government of failing to control inflation and alleged that industrialist groups were benefiting from crude oil imports while common citizens suffered from rising fuel prices. He also criticised the Prime Minister over foreign visits and economic policies. BJP leaders strongly reacted to the remarks, condemning Rahul Gandhi for referring to PM Modi as a “traitor.” The party demanded a public apology, stating that such comments insult not only the Prime Minister but also the citizens who elected him.
